Data entered in online forms such as the email sign-up form and artist application form is used only in line with the purposes of these forms and will not be transferred to any other parties. Data collected and stored by the website such as cookies and log files are used to enhance the useability of our website. They are not used to identify site users and are not transferred to other systems or parties.

• Artists information for the purposes of registration, adding information to our website for participating artists and communicating information and opportunities
• Mailing list subscribers provide information via the website sign up or paper-based mailing list sign-up sheets during events to advises subscribers of news, announcements and events
