Harmonica Lewinsky

Musical Museum

>

Harmonica Lewinsky are playing in the hall at the Musical Museum from 13:45 to 14:45 on Sunday 5th September as part of Creative Mile.

A bit of this, a bit of that...Harmonica Lewinsky's specialism is a cockney knees up, but they also cover Chas'n'Dave, musichall, country, rocknroll, pop/rock from the 50’s to the 80’s, TV theme tunes, comedy songs, cowboy songs, footie songs, one song to the tune of another and lots more.

Phil Leiwy has been performing in and around London, especially West London for years, on guitar, harmonica and vocals. 'I used to sing in a barbershop quartet and love to song harmonies', he says.

He plays with accomplished guitarist and singer Mike Goulding and together they put on a great show!

Funky Nature

Musical Museum

>

Funky Nature are playing in the hall at the Musical Museum from 14:45 to 15:45 on Sunday 5th September as part of Creative Mile.

Funky Nature is less of a band and more a collective.

We are trying to create an upbeat style of music that draws on both the guitar world of early nineties grunge and Brit pop, to the rap and dance movements of the same era.

A cross pollination of the alt indie and hip hop...Indie hop, if you will. With Mc Cloudy Clouds currently taking the mantle of rapper within the group, the other singers Becky and Jason manage to effortlessly melodify their way through the music and the combination of styles allows for something genuinely original.
