Eyedetic

I am a theatre practitioner and film maker.

Under the name eyedetic I explore other ways in which to tell stories.

Drawing on my experience in theatre and puppetry, and inspired by a love of unconventional story telling, I produce carefully crafted visuals, animations, and ink work on paper, to inspire, intrigue and provoke thought. Surreal, sensual and fantastical with a hint of alchemy.

I am always exploring femininity through figures such as my Medusas, where strength and fragility exist side by side, never simplified.

These worlds have begun to drift into silk, with limited-edition scarves unfolding this spring.
