Gabrielle Deveney

Initially, I worked at various jobs ranging from a fine art watercolourist to large scale mural paintings which were used in hospitals in East London.

After many years teaching Art and Design in England I relocated to Bangkok to work in International schools.

‍

My degree is in Fine Art Painting but this move gave me a terrific opportunity to travel extensively in the East where I concentrated on travel and street photography. On returning to the UK I began developing my skills in pottery.

I have continued to paint throughout my years here and abroad.

‍

My interest is mainly the figure, sometimes reflecting my travels, sometimes things which spark my interest through their quirkiness.
