The Weir

The Weir has more stories in its walls than most. It was once home to J.M.W. Turner, one of Britain's greatest painters, and we're lucky enough to hold Brentford's first Blue Plaque in his honour.

These days we're still keeping the creative spirit alive. We've got a resident artist working from a studio right here on site, and art on the walls all year round. Turner started something here. We're just carrying it on.
